Happy Friday. We made it to the end of another week. What are your plans for the weekend?
As you might be able to tell from the title of this blog post, my plans are to edit, edit, edit. I’ve just sent out 2 of my 3 manuscripts for edits and have 1 more left to work through.
We are getting really close to having a release date for both “The Great Austen Adventure” and “For the Love of Dinosaurs.” I can say with confidence that Dinos is the largest manuscript I have ever written and has crossed the 80,000 word mark. It’s likely going to be more than 300 pages long! I have just added yet another chapter. Nora and Lucas want to make sure that all of their story is told.
“A Game of Small Victories” has had a cover design set and should be finalized soon. I’m having something special added to it that needed a custom artist’s touch. I can’t wait to share it with you soon. We are on track for a July/August release for it.
My current WIP, the untitled ice skating story will be receiving attention this weekend too. My goal is to pound out 2-3 chapters before I have to turn back to grad school work on Monday.
Stay turned for more news. I’ll post as soon as the new e-book of Austen is ready to be released. The paperback copy will follow once I know what the revised word count is going to be.
