Dear Readers,
We’ve made it to the end of another week. It’s finally started to warm up where I am and my first set of spring flowers have started to open! My freesias are in bloom and smell amazing. The only caveat is that they seem to have been discovered by the ants. I’m hoping my tulips will start to grow and open soon too.
This week, I’ve send Nora’s story off for a look over and edits. I’ve also begun writing my tennis short story as time permits. The muse strikes us in funny ways and it seems that Alex Georgiou has a story to tell. He will be a primary character in Grace’s story. Coach Adala is also ensuring she gets a word in too. I have one chapter written, but I’m imagining this story to be set one to two years after “More Than a Passing Shot.”
It’s always fun to revisit old friends and now that I’m writing a companion story, I have been thinking about my next series. A part of me would like to write a book for the third Toscani sibling, Lucia, but I’d also like to take a pause from them and explore a different world. I have been toying with the idea of writing a series on royals in Japan, or giving Sonya, Clarissa Lee’s bestie and business partner a book. I also intend to write a full-length Regency story at some point this year. What are your thoughts?
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Best,
Tomi
